People think that the courts are going to give a fair an non-partial decision but that is farthest from the truth. Remember that our courts have lost they're objectivity they think they make up laws and they are the one who protect not true. The way the courts are run today, their run like the judges are the ones that is the fighting and fighting for your and every body else rights, that against law and can land a judge in jail or prison, also a judge cannot show bias or racism but they do. A judge cannot make a decision without having two opponents. What I remember about the courts, the courts are there to protect yourself, the courts are a tool for you to fight not the judges. Plus the courts are there for you to govern, say there is a law that has you doing something against your rights and you want change that law you take it to court. The way people govern is first they have the right to vote and next the freedom of speech that means you file a complaint against the state it does not mean that people that enslave people have the right to make porn movies the people that you see on porn movie are slaves. I think the people from seventies use porn to make people think that it is they’re right to watch slave on video or in movie houses having sex or seeing naked women or men. The first amendment is about governing your self and you have the right to speak about it, that why there is a court system so you can bring you complaints or grievances to court and have them heard in a non-partial court. That the way you protect your self against the state and any other person that tries to do harm.  

I have had several credit card from several company and all in all it the same because I paid up all my accounts plus some were tied into my bank account. I found that your credit score is a way thebanks keep you from making money. After I paid off credit card I wanted to buy a car the car dealer told that I had bad credit because there was a lot of entry in my credit report. It like our credit scores are part of antichrist because without a good credit report they say that you won’t be able to buy anything or even get a job. The antichrist is at work all ready in our world and the head is a banker now you know why we are having so many problem with the banking system. I found out is that Satan is man made because we have the holy-spirit Satan cannot really do any harm to us. Like Jesus Christ said that we make all that is evil and Satan is our creation so why do we have to fear him he cannot do anything to us.  I saw his spirit come toward me, but he was talking like a mentally retarded person because I believe that knowledge come from holy-spirit that Satan does not have so he is dumb, Saint John says Satan comes like a being of light that he come like he knows what he doing but he really dumb. Why are so many people afraid of something that so afraid of you. If you believe something is going to happen to you it will happen if you don’t it won't happen.        

One form of mind control is to have a cover up to make people think of thing that the Government want you too. Why do employees and elected official do this because they want your hearts and souls? Like the torture of terrorist you know how that come out on TV every night it there to make think of them as the over lord not elected. The news that you see and hear and read is only there to cover up or keep you thinking of one thing. Like the banks bail out they our elected official know what is going on but they let it happen because that how they keep thinking on one thing. I was watching you tube and how they have video on mind control, mind control is vary easy because you just have to make people think in one form. I once was at a debate and the person that I was going to see, I was going to ask question that person was always telling me stick to the issue but what are the issue but thing that I in my mind that need to be answer; but the elected official have there own issue whish don’t have any merit because the other candidate has the same issue why should I vote for people that think the same and cannot really understand there are other issue.   

I work for the Government and I seen how some of the people work like Roswell I was there when the con job that was going to be offered to the people as an explanation for what happen. It was several story or event that happen at deferent time I started to laugh and still laughing that if can believe the bull shit that these put out just to scam you, mental health is waiting. The court use mental health to control they tried that bull shit on me trying to make think that not fit to function if I am not fit why do they have to use drugs to wipe out my memory and make me think they're lies about race and class are not true. I found that courts are and will always be a instruments of control and oppression, the courts try to feed you is that you are going to get a fair trial that bull shit from start. You seen what they did to OJ they found him not guilty and took his money; in realty OJ should sued the LAPD and the city for being falsely accused. That show how dumb people to believe in people that really are evil in nature. I always hear take it to court when courts and judge are there to keep people down. The only reason that we have to have lawyer is to keep people from telling how the police steal and kill and eat people because that what they do because they are power hungry. You have wake up our legal system was put together not to protect us or for us to govern like the school want you to believe but it was put there to oppress you and keep you down.  I went to jail and all these poor fools that in there are told that it easy to commit crimes not by other inmate but the police. I also seen the poor fools taking how bad they are but they cannot even get out jail so they are just another tool that government employee use to control all of us.

                 I have been call crazy and had been insulted by these people that the courts say we must have. To me the only reason the courts say that we must have them is because they don’t fight the right way. The people are attorneys they think of us as pieces of shit they have an idea that what we say are lies, I once email a law firm it’s is Binder & Binder I was trying to see if I was entitle to receive some disability because the police in Santa Paula were using drugs on me and changing my record. I got an email back from these racist pig that I had to work before I can get any disability they don’t even know who I am. To me that show the way the legal system is it jump the gun and make conclusion with out having all the facts. Maybe to them Mexican don’t work or they have to have a low paying and menial job where the insurance would not have to pay a lot of money? I also know that why the police in Santa Paula change my record because they are dumb asses too and cannot really understand that people in the right job can make million or even billion any person it does not matter your race or your back ground. I mean some of judges in Ventura county court are so racist that they cannot see a foot in front of them. how do people get to be a judge are they pick in random or do they have to have racist streak down they’re backs. I don’t why we have such evil people working for us. They don’t really look at the facts they make they’re judgment according to race and class. They think that every body that stands before them is guilty and there way you can get out of it. I have found out that in the USA court system that people are guilty no matter what, that why you can your case to the appeals court it always be rejected I found out that the people that your fighting against don’t have to answer because the court dismiss the case any way.               

            One thing that you have to know about the courts in the United State is that they are really out touch with the people and they also have forgotten their main purpose is to help people govern. I seen it back in seventies and how the judges use the need to have a judiciary that is more compatible with the demographic of the USA. That what really happen but the country used quotas to replace the need for and equal and representative judiciary, in other the racial make up of the court was suppose to represent the make of that county or city. That if there are 50% blacks and then the court was suppose to have 50% black judges in that court. But the government perverted the law with use of quotas and it work because the courts stayed with a majority of white judges.

I some time ask why do we have to put our money into the banks they are run by racist bias elitist that don’t think highly of any of us. How many times have you heard about a sport star or actor actress that has lost all they’re money and they are living on the street. Well I found what really happen is that they keep people from getting they’re money. Why is the bank system set up to keep people from access they’re funds it has been set up like this to enslave you to keep from becoming an independent person that the constitution is talking about. I gone to the courts here in our country and they all come out with same thing you have to have a lawyer, remember that the constitution does not say that you have to have a lawyer it says you can have a lawyer if you want. Since the judges and court employees always want you get a lawyer and even then these people think of you not as an individual or as an adult or person with a brain that can think. That why many people never get out jail or prison because they are just throw away people that don’t matter or have rights or cannot talk for themselves. I have gone to court where every one is always saying that they cannot help me I don’t need help I need you to get out of the way so I can look for my past. I once said that to a judges and he started to call me crazy I know what I am doing and the court employees and the judges really should get out the way so I get justice I am not a little kid where I have to ask for permission to find out what going on with my life. The bankers take advantage of this so they can steal all that you have. Why are we paying for this fraud for a court system that is out dated and should be scraped and new system be put in it’s place.     

I have had a lot experiences with this type of phenomena, it all started back in 1974. I went camping up to Ferndale at the Punch Bowl it was in late winter and I was sitting looking out to the creek. When I saw a flying sphere that look like silver liquid while it sat in the air. Because we all have deferent ways of thinking when some one that talks to us we interpret what he say in deferent ways. I had a gray talk to me by thinking I ask him how his ship fly’s the picture I got in my mind is a pool table with the balls line in the center and I sprang up to the ceiling. do you understand what they were saying send me an email.

I have seen the biggest cover up in the history of the world, to me the government is trying to hide something.

To me the government is so racist that it would destroy it self before letting people govern themselves. What I seen, is the banks have money and they have money from other races than white. But people employed by the  banks they don’t count people that are not white or in they’re class so they are running out money.

One thing that you should know about our legal system it all about protecting your self, I know many people think that when you go into court that a judge has control over your case and your life. That not the truth the courts are there to protect you by protecting your self, first you have to follow procedure. Procedure are steps that make sure that the law is follow and obeyed, I work in United State Supreme court and if you think that judges are not bias or racist you should be sent to a mental health to be examine. The first thing you that you have to have in your mind is that you are the one that putting the case and you should able to know where everything going and take notes. If you have a legal case ether criminal or civil you are the one responsible for it. It your case and you have to know what going on with it, don’t let anybody tell you any different. I saw it on the TV on Fox in LA channel 11 about a girl that trying to get a lawyer for an invasion of privacy case. The first thing that you should know about this law that this law is here to protect you from anybody using your likeness; voice; name; and signature. The law states that if somebody uses your likeness; voice; name; and signature or any one of these you have the right to be compensated for that action don’t let anyone tell you different because that bull in anybody book. The first step in the procedure is to file a complaint there is a lot of judges that don’t let you do this because of they’re bias. Because you have the right for citizen arrest you have the right to file a complaint don’t let any tell you anything different. You give the right to arrest somebody and for a lawyer to talk for you because of this right of citizen arrest. Next is that you have to show evidence that they used your likeness; voice; name; and signature at this point the judges are really angry and want to send you jail because you are showing that they are doing what you say they're doing. Remember that you are to a judge nothing but a piece of trash or shit. That the way you have to look at them don't be taken in by they’re act of favoritism you end up with out any thing. I am talking about any court case at this time. I was taught because of the racism in are court and I am Mexican. You go to court you are suppose to fight your self and if you have any lawyer that person is suppose to stand his ground not to be taken by the court or judges because you’re an adult an you have to be treated in that fashion.        

What punch of lies and bullshit that I am hearing on TV News, man do you believe it the banks are saying they lost money on mortgages. Man that bullshit they sold the mortgages to company over sea, they say that  on TV. The banks did not lose any money as matter of fact they made money and they just don’t want to give people they’re money.  What lie these singletons are telling us they don’t know that we are not mentally retarded as they think we are. How mush paint did they sniff to make them believe that we accept they’re lies. How mush lead was in they’re drinking water, or were they’re moms drunk when they was carrying them, the banks are fine they just don’t want to give people they’re money back.    

I have been investing since I was a young man and I found out that when stocks of a company go up is because that company needs money. When a Company stock is too high I would not invest in that company, that show that that company is borrowing money and what goes up must come down ether that company is going business or when stock down it had paid off debt. People think that the game of stocks, is that a company that has high stock prices is doing well what I found is most of the time it’s the opposed. Stocks are a way for some company in trouble keep themselves in the black that a way to generate money. Like GM who knows that because their stock are low is because they are out of debt. I know for a fact that banks have money but because of the racism that exists in our country that money this not counted. This is not about how mush money our banks have it really that a small percentage of people lost they’re money because they are white the nation is in a recession.      

It seem to me that people spend too mush time trying to find out what happen in Roswell and not really looking at the other space ship that are all around and the people that say that they are from another planets. I remember when this whole Roswell hoax was thought up I laugh at the way it sounded that to believe that people would waist they're time trying to find out if an alien space ship crashed in New Mexico if one did you looking for it in wrong place. All the events that the government release happen but at different times, the alien that died that day were not grays but Orions. I think the people that have a head trips in our government are just playing a game to make people think what they want them to think.       

            There better space ships from other planets story that have picture and real alien that can talk to you and tell where they come from. All you see on TV is about Roswell and there is not that mush evidence but a few videos and picture of the alien you can see them on youtube if you want by doing a search on Roswell. But there other more interesting Alien story that show you picture of aliens and some building on the moon and Mars. Also there is a lot of video about the Pleiadian; Orion; Dracos; and other aliens if you know what they believe. Like Sirian believe that everything has a life force and the planets are living beings that are in a higher consciousness level. And the Pleiadian believe in god and the Dracos think they are God and want us to be they’re children. There is more interesting story that UFO investigator should be looking at instead of Roswell.                 

Right now if the auto industry would develop a new type car in two years these cars would be driving around and they would cost less than they do now. There is new technology that will give us free energy they are plasma generator that give us five times amount of energy that they use. Plus there is a new generator that does about the same thing with inert gases being used. Yes these cars can be in car dealer ship in two year and you won’t have pay for gas or any type of fuel you might have to pay for lubricant but that only happen every three month or so. We have free energy right now that is engine that don’t need external fuel to make them run.

It so easy to manipulate your minds, you have to start to take control of your own life, you cannot expect other to do what you have to do. The government is really like an older brother or sister that care but if it came between you and them they choice themselves. Our courts are here to help US to protect our self but it has become so bad that the court is the thing that is violating our rights. We as a free people have to grow up and take care of our business we cannot expect that they even care about us because single minded personality that have when they come out school. We are free as a free people we have the right to protect our self and if institution that we have develop to do that have found it in them self to oppress and to kill and steal from us then we have to develop another way. I am not saying to over through the government because that well be a violent take over and people with violent intents will be the ones who develop the new government and we well end up in same place. We have to take our government back from these people that don’t have your interest in mind. The USA  was base on freedom not mind control and the court where regular people can use them and protect them self from the abuse of our banking and other industry. that is the problem is that the USA was so free that people that should even taken power did and people went along and we lost our freedom and rights right how many of you can go into a bank to look for they're record without going to courts.        

I know this might sound dumb but why is it that a judges has to voice an opinion on something that is based on facts. In order to win an appeal you have to show that the court; the defense; or plaintiff did something wrong. Like you went to court and the judges dismissed your case without letting the defense answer that shows that the judge is prejudge mental or bias because he did not let the process of our legal system. That is one cause for appeal because in order to win an appeal you have to disqualify the court or judge to over rule that decision. I had it with hearing how you have to let the judge make the decision first you have make him hear your complaint and I don't that would happen because they are bias. First of I don’t think that judge could do anything that the evidence show because if he did that police or company that you defending your self against does not have the right to do what their doing. In other the judge is protecting people that are doing you wrong and the whole system is doing that from the county to the federal courts. Why do I want to hear an opinion when everything should be base on facts not on what some body think. Why should give a shit what a judge think when the police are killing people to frame me or giving me drug to make forget.      

I work on this investigation back in 1976 it was one of the first missions that I had.

To me it had to many variables to really find out what really happen.

I had a co-worker we study all the films and we were the ones that found part of the body flying back. Also I had to interview people like the head of the CIA Counter Intelligences at the time of the shooting. I also found a picture of Lee Harvey Oswald standing in front of the book depository about the same time as the shooting. To me there really nothing that was needed to cover up I talk people that were in congress when this happen and I found out a lot. The head of the CIA counter Intel show me the Zapruder Film and the person that was in the film was not the president it was some one else. He told me that he believed that it was some one from the future that had come back in time to control or take over our government. If you ever seen some of the picture of the president in the Warren Commission report he don’t look like he dose in other when he is alive.

Plus nobody can really say that Oswald did it, plus like every finding that has to file with the government you have to have supporting documentation.

Before I could hand in is report I had to show how had this person or man traveled back in time I had put a team together to put a theory together to show if that happen. That when me and my team put string theory I don’t if there was a similar theory to this or was there another theory with the same name. We look at time dilation and we look why this happen we found out it happen because of gravity and gravity has frequency and they are like strings that you can pluck. When you pluck this frequency you can make a hole in time space and the speed of these vibrating frequency tell you if you are going back or forward in time I don’t know what happen to the report I gave it to my boss. Later I found that Kennedy was sick at the time too I ask my boss what would happen if the President and his brother and king died of hart attack or a stork he said that they would cover it up because that would show that the United States was weak and we could not last. That what I think happen that Kennedy had a stork and someone took his place ether from future who knows somebody that reading this blog.
